Gift certificates can only be redeemed on the iseekgolf.com site for teetimes available to book in the currency nominated on the gift certificate.
With the exception of some promotional gift certificates, multiple gift certificates may be used as payment for an iseekgolf.com booking. Refer to individual promotion terms and conditions for details of any restrictions.
Gift certificates are valid for bookings made up to and including the "Valid until" date shown on the gift certificate. The expiration date will not apply in some jurisdictions to the extent prohibited or limited by law.
An existing booking made using the gift certificate cannot be extended or altered using another gift certificate.
Gift certificates are non refundable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other gift certificates.
Gift certificates will be sent to the email address listed under "To Email" on the gift certificate form upon successful completion of the purchase.
Bookings made with gift certificates are non refundable in cash or gift certificate form. A booking credit will be issued where a cancellation is possible.
Booking totals are deducted from the gift certificate balance. Any unused balance will be able to be used in subsequent bookings.
When booking teetimes of a higher value than the gift certificate(s), the full value of the gift certificate(s) must be used and the outstanding balance paid by credit card.
If the full amount of your gift certificate(s) is more than the booking total, we will amend the gift certificate for the unused balance with the same “valid until” date as the original gift certificate.
Gift certificates can only be redeemed at the time of booking. Normal booking Terms and Conditions apply.
Risk of loss for gift certificates pass to the recipient upon delivery/ transmission to the recipient. iseekgolf.com is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
For your security, the gift certificate cannot be redeemed without the Gift Certificate ID.
We have the right to cancel gift certificates and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed through iseekgolf.com.
